No returns nor exchange on makeup items and swimwear/bodysuits.

All returns must be authorized by NOELZ BOUTIQUE. We accept unused returns for an EXCHANGE ONLY within 10 days of delivery.

Used,stained and damaged returns will not be accepted.

Customer will have to pay return shipping.

If reason for return is a fault of NOELZ BOUTIQUE, then return shipping will be applied as a store credit.

 If there is an issue with your order you must contact NOELZ within 48 hours of delivery, do not use the item until the problem is resolved. Thank you!
